If you purchased one of our products from one of our resellers, then you need to contact that reseller and follow their refund procedures.
Refund Application Procedure
To apply for a refund from DocuNet Legal Training Group, LLC, you must forward us a copy of the confirmation notice that you received from us when you purchased the product. This receipt identifies you, the seller (which must be DocuNet Legal Training Group, LLC), the product, the product key, the date of purchase (which must be within 30 days of your application), the price you paid for the product, and the form of payment.
If the receipt is not available, you need to give us your contact information along with other details so that we can locate your order. The information you send must include your full name, your e-mail address, the name of the product, the estimated date of purchase, and an estimate of the price you paid for the product.
Refund Procedure
